Proof that US Law is Broken

Righto, we all hate SPAM, infact there are laws being written left and write to stop it, but something is happening in the US that could put a curb on all this. A known spammer, someone who actually fills our mailboxes with porn and mail we do not want is suing someone that reported the spammer to the spammers ISP and got them disconnected.

The person in question is a chap called Jay Stuler and you can see the story here on his website. Now this guy is collecting for his defense fund.

What is interesting the person suing Jay is listed in ROKSO and SPEWS as know spammers and they got all the evidence of it too. What is interesting, Brian Haberstroh the spammer is well a little guilty him self of breaking the CAN-SPAM law, what is interesting too is they are doing all this with a tool they produced called VirtualMDA, which they claim they are paying people to use for them to send mail. However it seems that a. they are not really and b. they are actually installing it without permission, so one would say he is more guilty and is risking some serious trouble if this made it to court.

What I would love would be he turn up in court on day one just to be arrested for Computer Misuse offences and breaking the CAN-SPAM act.. I bet Jay would too..
