Cool Tool
July 27, 2005 – 10:06 pmFound this quite cool looking tool which I’m going to need to do some extended testing with.. It is called Multipot which is a ‘emulation honey pot’ for trapping malicious code which spreads via various exploits on the net. What is interesting is that it is a Windows based tool and written in Visual Basic and is open source. I think a machine running it in a VM which is internet visible is in order.
