Mac Mini Hardware Performance Tuning
August 16, 2005 – 10:24 pmRight so got a mac mini and want to improve the performance, simple replace the standard hard disk with something else. I switched the 80Gb 5400 rpm Seagate disk in mine for a 80Gb 7200 rpm Hitachi disk and as you can see from the following xbench comparison there is a big difference in disk performance.
