The most useless website in the country
August 19, 2005 – 12:37 pmI had the misfortune today to need to find some thing on the NHS website, after about 40 minutes of looking I eventually found what I was after. Now this could have been found a lot quicker if the stupid site firstly could take a London W1 postcode and do something with it or had a more flexible search engine to allow you to search for clinics and the like without constraints of requiring a postcode/address in order to search and had a longer list of services offered. If I knew the postcode or the address of the clinic I was looking for it wouldn’t have needed me to search for it, but I didn’t know the name, address or postcode, I just knew what they did and it wasn’t in the list of 6 things they offered, bloody useless..
It is probably the worst site I’ve had to use for a long long time, it is almost impossible to find anything because they have so much information on there and probably the worse search engines on the planet.
