My nose is cold

Well this weekend our gas was turned off because of a leak in the building. Saturday the flat was ok heat wise, so was yesterday. Today, it is bloody cold. No hot water either too..

They where supposed to fix it today, but it seems there is a problem and it may take a little longer to sort than they first thought. It seems the problem was down to the gas pipe corroding as it entered the concrete of the ceiling of the garage under the block. They cannot fix it and want to run pipes on the outside of the building, but the problem is the building is in a conservation area and would need planning permission to actually allow them to do that so, we will be without gas until it is sorted.
