Move from Postnuke

Well after getting increasingly disheartened by the lack of real development in the Postnuke project and the increasing difficulty in maintaining a Postnuke site I decided to move from Postnuke to Joomla.

After spending a couple of weeks hacking about with Joomla, figuring out the templating and getting to grips with the environment I went live with the environment yesterday. Had to drop a couple of areas of the site, the book store has been removed, there has been problems with the old module on postnuke for a while, then I’ve dropped the password database until I’ve written it for Joomla.

Most of the other site features are back and running…
