Victoria Cross

Been watching the show on Channel 5 about the history of the Victoria Cross, it was quite interesting. I was looking around and was looking at the details of various people who have been awarded the honour. There have only been 3 people who have been awarded it more than once and this one for Charles Upham made me laugh when I read the bit about what he did on his liberation from Colditz. I don’t know how true it is but it certainly typifies the type of character that would perform something worthy of a Victoria Cross.
