The Asteroid Pension Plan

So there is this asteroid that has a 1 in 45 chance of hitting earth in 2029, so I was thinking this asteroid will if it hits wipe everyone out. Think about it, the are odds are better that it hits than you win the lottery..

So I came up with this idea of the Asteroid Pension plan, you basically take your entire pension money and bet on it not hitting the planet, you should get fairly decent odds to be honest. If it hits what do you care you’ll and the rest of the human race will be dead, if it doesn’t hit you get a nice big payout and your pension is sorted…
